These terms govern your use of localready.co and any website service purchased from Local Ready ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a form on this site or purchasing a website from us, you agree to these terms.
What's included
For $495 per year, billed once annually, Local Ready provides: a custom domain registered and renewed in your business's name, website hosting with SSL and uptime monitoring, a one-page website built around the information and photos you provide, and 2 content updates per year (such as changed hours, new photos, or a new promotion). Sites are typically delivered within about 5 business days of receiving your approved details.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the business information, photos, and content you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them
- You're responsible for reviewing your site preview before it goes live
- Requests beyond the included 2 annual updates, or requests for additional pages or features, may be billed separately at a rate we'll quote before doing the work
Payment, renewal & cancellation
Service is billed annually in advance. There is no long-term contract — you can choose not to renew at the end of any annual term, and your site and domain will remain yours through the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel, we're happy to help transfer your domain to another registrar.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your business's name and is yours. You retain ownership of the photos, logos, and business content you provide us. The website design and code we build remain the property of Local Ready and are licensed for your business's use for as long as your service is active.
No guarantee of results
We build websites designed to help your business look professional and be easy to find and contact online. We don't guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, bookings, or search rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Local Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or your website, including lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
