Local Ready ("we," "us," "our") builds and hosts websites for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through localready.co, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
When you submit the "Get your free preview" form, we collect the information you provide directly: your business name, industry, your name, phone number, email address, city and state, and — if you choose to share them — your Google Business Profile link, your current website, and any additional notes about your business.
We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on this site beyond what's needed to deliver the site itself and process form submissions.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a free preview of a website for your business
- To contact you by email, phone, or text about your preview, your account, or your service, consistent with any consent you've given
- To build, host, and maintain your website if you become a customer
- To improve how we find and communicate with local businesses like yours
Text and email communications
If you checked the box on our form agreeing to receive emails and text messages, we may contact you that way about your preview, your website, or your account. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which briefly handles your submitted information in order to deliver it to us. Formspree has its own privacy practices, which you can review on their site.
How we protect and retain information
We don't sell your information to third parties. We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a customer, for as long as we host your website and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing hello@localready.co.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
